Overview

Replacement of 2 aging Chillers with Advance Magnetic Bearing chillers from Smardt Power Pax. The chillers were connected to a hybrid heat rejection system consisting of the existing cooling towers as well as provision for connection to an open loop geothermal heat exchanger. Controls designed to select between either cooling tower or Geo depending on whether ambient or ground conditions were more favorable.

Enertec Scope

Provided full thermal modelling and energy anylsis of the replacement system. Feasibility financial anlysis to determine ROI for the prefered option. Provided 3D modeling and drafting of construction issue drawings.
